Junior Account Manager
Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth day-to-day communication and relationship management.
Understand client business goals, marketing objectives, and brand guidelines to translate them into clear briefs for internal teams.
Coordinate with internal teams (Strategy, Creative, Performance, Social Media, SEO, Tech) to ensure timely and high-quality campaign execution.
Manage end-to-end campaign delivery — timelines, deliverables, approvals, and revisions.
Present plans, reports, and performance updates to clients in a clear, structured, and insight-driven manner.
Track campaign performance, highlight key insights, and suggest optimizations aligned with client KPIs.
Handle client feedback, concerns, and escalations professionally while maintaining long-term partnerships.
Ensure adherence to budgets, scopes of work, and agreed timelines across all projects.
Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling additional digital services.
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and internal trackers for campaigns, meetings, and client communication.
