Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. The Senior Executive will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and optimizing campaigns to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other paid platforms.
  • Own end-to-end campaign performance including budgeting, bid management, targeting, creatives testing, and scaling.
  • Drive key KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CAC, conversions, and revenue growth across clients or in-house brands.
  • Analyze data using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and dashboards to derive actionable insights.
  • Lead A/B testing for ad creatives, copies, landing pages, and funnels to continuously improve performance.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, content, and web teams to ensure high-converting assets and landing pages.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights, learnings, and optimization strategies to stakeholders or clients.
  • Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, industry trends, and emerging performance marketing tools to maintain a competitive edge.
